Are you scared that someone might steal your ideas? Do you think that you can’t talk freely to someone about your company? You probably need a non-disclosure agreement.

Typically I tell everyone to not worry about NDAs, or “non-disclosure agreements”. Why? Have you ever started a company before?

You need all the help and insight you can possibly imagine. Plus, it is so hard to start a company in the first place.

Who you need to be scared of are individuals with TONS of money, who have plenty of time, and are really excited about your idea, and they seem too happy. Another is someone in the same industry that might think your product is a direct competitor.

If this is an issue, go ahead and fill out a Non-Disclosure agreement. There are some samples below. Enjoy.
